UV Light is natural and necesssary to life

We have also introduced a new range of tanning accelerators for on our Ergoline Sunbeds. These are selling quickly and our clients are noticing great results.

Scientific studies show how Vitamin D (which is absorbed into the skin through UV light)  is beneficial for prevention of depression, PMS, breast cancer, skin conditions such as psoriasis and ezcema. We are made to absorb UV light and convert it into Vitamin D for our health.


Infrared Therapy Sauna

Take time out to revitalise, recover, rejuvinate and relax with our infrared therapy sauna.

Theraputic Infrared is used to help with many different treatments and therapies such as common colds, skin disorders, high blood pressure, migrane headaches, detoxification and supporting weight loss.


Sugaring

A natural alternative to waxing.

Sugaring causes less discomfort compared to waxing as it adheres to the hair and not to the skin. It is great for sensitive skins and washes off easily with water, minimising stickiness and ingrown hairs.

We have recently introduced this treatment into our spa as the natural alternative.
